Caleigh Snyder talks about her employment at Mother Road Brewing where she experienced sexual assault and harassment. She described several of the incidents, the responses f(or lack thereof) from Mother Road's leadership and Arizona Craft Beer Guild, and the continual harassment she gets today, five years later, for speaking her truth.

There is nothing new revealed during this conversation, but it is meant as an educational experience to listeners in an effort to improve, if only slightly, not only the Arizona Craft Beer Community, but the entire beer community, and any community/industry where women are subjected to harassment.

GABF Beer Names 2020 Winners

We drink and review a pale ale from Grand Teton Brewing (Victor, ID) called Sweetgrass (6% ABV). We also drink and review an fruited sour ale called Sunset Sherbet (4.2% ABV) brewed by Moonraker Brewing Company (Auburn, CA).

We give medals to the 2020 Great American Beer Fest medal winners with the best names. It's our first year doing this and we will make it traditional from here on out.

We also discuss Guinness 0.0, Breckenridge Brewery's 30th birthday offer, Week 8 of the NFL season, and our daughters' Halloween costumes.

We drink and review Logistics (Mosaic) (6.5% ABV), a New England IPA brewed by Pueblo Vida (Tucson, AZ). We also drink and review Icelandic Dopplebock (6.7% ABV) brewed by Einstök Olgerö.

We go over some of the medal winners at the 2020 Great American Beer Festival, concentrating on Arizona & California breweries and popular categories. We also name some of the more entertaining beer names.

Our special guest this week is The Engineer. She is married to co-host Sorcerer Chromatic. She talks about their first date, which was during SF Beer Week, her favorite SF Bay Area Brewery, and how our show has evolved.
