For our review segment, we drink and review Things We Don't Say (7.5% ABV), a sorbet IPA brewed by Energy City Brewing (Batavia, IL) in a multi-brewery effort to promote Mental Heath Awareness. We also drink and review a Russian imperial stout brewed by Lost Coast Brewery (Eureka, CA) called Imperial Oak Aged Madagascar Vanilla Bourbon Stout (2021) (10.3% ABV).
